Lê Văn Dũng (25. Dezember 1945 – 9. Januar 2026) war ein vietnamesischer Politiker. Als Mitglied der Kommunistischen Partei (Kommunistische Partei Vietnams) diente er von 1998 bis 2001 als Chef des Generalstabs (Vietnam).
Lê starb am 9. Januar 2026 im Alter von 80 Jahren in Phú Túc, Vĩnh Long (Phú Túc).
