'''David R. Chan'' (* 3. August 1948) ist ein pensionierter amerikanischer Steueranwalt Er ist dafür bekannt, mehr als achttausend chinesische Restaurants zu besuchen und jeden Besuch und jede Mahlzeit zu dokumentieren. Während seiner Studienzeit begann er, Restaurants zu besuchen.

Er hat nie gelernt, mit Stäbchen umzugehen.
